Think you've gotten your wires crossed Jan. Ken had an 11, sold it and bought a 23 and is now selling the 23 to start making a new 11 with mx5 running gear.

I wonder if the factory considered the MX-5 donor option - seeing as rotten, unsaveable, complete Spridgets are getting scarce nowadays.

Had a good chat with Ken today. Already has the engine and box in. Pondering the rear end...

The more he looks at MX5 bits the more he's using. Rear uprights for sure and thinking about the fronts too!

Think he really might have it running for next season!

So i hear, my uncle spoke to him too today. He's working with ian gray and apparently there has been a lot of butchery to the chassis going on. But to be fair to him if someone managed to squeeze a v8 in one many many years ago i doubt there will be much issue fitting the mx5 engine.
