Can't remember if this one has appeared on here before.
An 'Alba Automotive' Eleven replica simultanously for sale on pistonheads and the vendors own website (at different prices...).
Scale-wise I assume its larger than the W11 in at least one dimension to fit a zetec.

That is very interesting and not at all unattractive IMHO. I notice that there are no profile pictures for me to see how and where they added in the height to clear the taller engine. Still, it looks very well integrated, not just a hump added on to the bonnet. I almost wish that Westfield made something like this as a variant for those who did not want the A-series.

Not at all bad. The tail lights are the only bit that I don't like. I didn't realise Zetec's were a LH exhaust - added to the list! The period wheels are Formula Ford steel's. 200 hp...I do like the sound of that.

I can't decide from the pictures, and it may just be the colour, but do the headlight tunnels look slightly more 'pumped up' for want of a better description, and possibly the bonnet curve continues futher back before flattening out and so might give greater height? I can't decide.
EricT - the zetec is a popular almost 'drop-in' replacement for the ford xflow, since everything is more or less in a similar place inlet/outlet manifold wise and it has the same pattern at the gearbox end. There isn't a huge difference in height and it just fits under a caterham bonnet, though the sump normally needs a bit of cut and shut to give decent ground clearance. So I don't know if the xflow would fit into the W11 without a bulge (though I suspect it wouldn't) , but if it did, the zetec shouldn't need a great deal more height. A standard 130bhp spec zetec with the addition of twin dcoes and a megjolt should be good for 155bhp upward. Worth noting though a) the zetec is heavier than the xflow (and so probably the a series) and b) as you seem to prefer to keep it old school (at least for carbs vs FI goes) you have to use some kind of electrickery igntion with the zetec as it has no dizzy
