70 miles on it!
In the midst of moving house and it's bananas!
Daggers, the manifold is straight - all through...

Jon,
Back in UK now, have spoken to lads at maniflow about a flat midget inlet and they have asked if you have a record of the overall distance between inlet/head face and inlet/carb face.
Thanks

Hi Daggers,
Currently away having a brain-change, but will check Sun/Mon as I can when I am plumbing in my catch tank.
The manifold is a little longer than the Sprite version, due to the carb face being "hinged" out to the vertical by the bottom edge, rather than swung in by the top edge. This is important as it ensures clearance from the exhaust manifold for your heatshield!
Cheers

Hi Daggers,
Yes, they seem to be very busy. It may be worth a run over to them. I doubt it would take them too long to run up the manifold. If there are more orders to come, they said they would make a jig.
In other news, I have my modifed and baffled rocker cover back from Loaded Gunn. I'll post a (pre-paint) picture later...
Cheers

Jon,
Going over to maniflow on Monday, just finished rebuilding the carb, the inlet is the last engine bit required.
