14" wheels and tyre option

I really like the look of 15" wheels ,but here in Italy Dunlop racing tyre
are not road legal ,Michelin xzx option don't excite me . 145/65/ 15 front and 165/65/15 rear
have too low ratio appearance , in my opinion don't look rigth.
Here in Italy 14"/70 tyre is easy to find ,
Someone runs with wheels and tires from 14 "
and tell me what Mws wheels buy, and what measures of tyre
really go well without interfering with anything?
