Well, the car is certainly recognizable as a Morgan. There is the V-Twin, Sliding pillar suspension, side exhausts with the mufflers, round tail... Accurate enough for a cartoon. Somebody in the Simpsons production company is a car guy, and probably has a Morgan 3 wheeler. Hell, he is probably a local.
