Someone building a W11 just north of Berkhamsted?

Was having a gander at flea bay for bits, and someone is advertising a W11 chassis stand, stating that they are nearing completion of their W11.
Location is a little village just north of Berkhamsted.
Someone on here, or does anyone know this builder? Just down the road from me.... thought I would ping an email alerting them to the register....

No I don't know him, but he must be just up the road from me (Borehamwood).

Had a reply to my email, and we can expect a new member in due course, once signed up by our mods.
Morris - I'm not a million miles from you and come down the A41 to get to work every so often. I can only claim disorganisation and young kids as mitigations as to why I haven't popped round yet to say hello!
