Surfing eBay and being mindful that having a second set of wheels and tyres could be useful, I noticed that MGB Hive had 4 off 5 x 13 Revolution wheels for sale at £239 to fit Midget. Black with polished rims. They're mine now! Will pick them up next week. I'll use them as my road wheels in place of the old Avons. I could use them as a second set of race wheels fitted with Dunlop Historic tyres...

Woo hoo, bargains are always nice! Perhaps you cound get them fitted with winter tyres!

It's cold enough just standing in the garage contemplating what I need to do next, without actually driving in this weather. The work starts soon. Well, after christmas, anyway...

Nothing planned, I really want to get the car out to play at some point.

Once we are into next year though, I really really want to do another day at Alconbury. This time I hope the bearings will last the distance

You might want to try Rockingham too. Tends to be pricey but convenient, and the infield section is a blast in an Eleven.
