Andy Wiltshire is a reasonably well-known fabricator; he makes very beautiful fuel tanks for both 7's and eleven's, for instance, and they look beautiful. I've chatted with him a couple of times and he seems like a nice chap. I'd guess the chassis is very nicely made, judging by his other stuff.
