You can get dies for the AMP or Deutch connectors as well.
Your avionics techs should be able to steer you to a comprehensive set.
I also suggest a Painless fuse block as well. One without wiring is best. This box is expensive, but greatly simplifies the wiring, making the job relatively easy. Well worth the price. http://www.jegs.com/i/Painless+Performa ... 1/10002/-1
Painless also has another "universal" box that will work, but the labeling is a little different. Wiring is the same, though.
These fuse blocks even have the flasher for the turn signals and the emergency lights, as well as a horn relay.
I have been using these fuse blocks for years, doing my own wiring. Never a problem. Much better than the factory wire harness.
